We cannot process your application without the following documents:

 If your company:

• Is a tax-exempt U.S. company, please fax a copy of your company's sales tax exemption certificate for each U.S. state to which your company will be shipping; this requirement does not apply if your company is a foreign (non-U.S.) company that directly imports GIW's products into your country.
• Does not have it latest financial statements submitted to Dun & Bradstreet, fax a copy of your latest financial balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flow statements.
