LSR Slurry Pumps

LSR rubber-lined extra heavy-duty slurry pumps are designed for hard-wearing applications. Operating flows to more than 40,000 gallons per minute (9000 m3h). These high-performance, low-maintenance slurry pumps are designed for heavy-duty mill circuit and fine grind slurries specifically:

• Copper
• Iron ore
• Gold
• Oil sands
• Other abrasive material

Total dynamic head is to 200 feet (60 meters) per stage and discharge diameters are from six to 26 inches (150 millimeters to 650 millimeters). LSR pumps are lined with Linatex® rubber, a superior wear product compared to any other natural rubber in today's market. The LSR uses the latest technology tried and tested on the GIW LSA S range of pumps. The LSR holds its original operating efficiency rating longer than any of its competitors.

Testing
Our performance curves are based on actual, full-size running tests on clear water. We guarantee our pump performance according to the Hydraulic Institute standards. Hydrostatic tests can be carried out on all pumps at no additional charge in accordance with GIW ISO 9001 procedure 10.0001.01.00. These are performed at 1-1/2 times the operating pressure or 125 psi, whichever is greater.
