If you don't know the preferred carrier (collect), call customer service manager at 706.863.1011, Ext. 2246, or Ext. 2362 for the carrier name.
After you submit the form, you will be contacted by GIW with a Returned Goods (RG) number.
Credit will only be issued if:

- The RG Number is legible on each returned good.
- The returned parts pass GIW's Quality Control inspection.
- Domestic returns are received by GIW within 30 days of the RG Number's issuance.
- International returns are received by GIW within 75 days of the RG Number's issuance.
