Returned Goods Form

Use this form to request returning goods to GIW. The work order number, which is in red, is required.

After you submit the form, you will be contacted by GIW with an Returned Goods (RG) number. Credit will only be issued if:

  • The RG Number is legible on each returned good.
  • The returned parts pass GIW's Quality Control inspection.
  • Domestic returns are received by GIW within 30 days of the RG Number's issuance.
  • International returns are received by GIW within 75 days of the RG Number's issuance.
