GIW REGEN Service Centers
 The new GIW REGEN Service Center opened its doors at the Grovetown, Ga., headquarters on Jan. 2, 2003. This is a natural evolution for the support of new and existing customers. We can help you save energy and prolong the life of your equipment.
The facility will service bearing assemblies and refurbish pumps, including those manufactured by other OEMs. GIW will bring all assemblies back to specifications using only genuine OEM replacement parts and update them with the latest designs. On-call emergency service will be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
REGEN scope of services: Rebuild/Reman/Exchange program
- Rebuild - GIW will rebuild the customer's assembly and upgrade as specified by the customer.
- Reman - GIW remanufactured assemblies will be an alternative to new assemblies and it will include only OEM replacement parts.
- Exchange - GIW will use remanufactured units to establish an exchange program to meet specific customer needs.

Testing
All rebuilds, and any other OEM pump, can be tested at GIW's Hydraulic Test Laboratory. GIW has one of the largest, most sophisticated slurry test facilities in the world. Over 350 pipeline tests have been conducted there on a variety of slurries.
Genuine OEM Replacement Parts
Only genuine replacement parts are used to bring your pump back to its original condition. In many cases, due to technological, material or design upgrades, the rebuilt pump may out perform the original. Thus, you get the longest possible wear life for your wear parts.
Warranty
All GIW equipment is rebuilt to last, and all installed parts and workmanship carry the standard GIW Warranty. The service center is certifed to ISO 9002.
