GIW REGEN Service Center can help you save energy and prolong the life of your equipment.
The facility services bearing assemblies and refurbishes pumps, including those manufactured by other OEMs. GIW brings all assemblies back to specifications using only genuine OEM replacement parts and updates them with the latest designs. On-call emergency service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

REGEN scope of services: Rebuild/Reman/Exchange program
- Rebuild - GIW rebuilds your assembly and upgrades as specified by the customer.
- Reman - GIW remanufactured assemblies are an alternative to new assemblies and it include only OEM replacement parts.
- Exchange - GIW uses remanufactured units to establish an exchange program to meet specific customer needs.

Testing
All rebuilds, and any other OEM pump, can be tested at GIW's Hydraulic Test Laboratory. GIW has one of the largest, most sophisticated slurry test facilities in the world. Over 350 pipeline tests have been conducted there on a variety of slurries.
Genuine OEM Replacement Parts
Only genuine replacement parts are used to bring your pump back to its original condition. In many cases, due to technological, material or design upgrades, the rebuilt pump may out perform the original. Thus, you get the longest possible wear life for your wear parts.
Warranty
All GIW equipment is rebuilt to last, and all installed parts and workmanship carry the standard GIW Warranty. The service center is certifed to ISO 9002.
